Well, it's confusing enough to hear the hubbub from both directions. On the one hand you've got research scientists and geologists saying it's a real thing and we should definitely be taking steps. Many of them say it's too late to stop it, but at least we could slow it down. Then for every one of those there's another scientist or politician, or even spiritual leader, telling us we shouldn't worry about it and there's no need to change anything. It has taken quite some time, but my family finally loves vegetables. I began serving them with every homecooked meal. Even if my children didn't want me to, I put them on their plate as an option. So, now they'll try just about anything. In fact, roasted asparagus has become a treat in our home. Everyone's talking about green living, sustainable living, organic living. But, with the world constantly changing and adjusting it's hard to understand the difference. When you walk into grocery stores and see shelves full of food that is marketable and legal according to FDA and USDA standards you think it can't be too harmful. And, to a degree, you're right.
